Ceremony Parking & Carpooling
Parking is available at the trail head on Mammoth Rd, on Moonshadow Drive (the cul-de-sac) in Pelham, and at 9 Cornstalk Lane.
Parking near the ceremony is limited, so we’d love for guests to carpool whenever possible to help keep the number of cars down. If you’re coming with family or friends, please reach out to one another and coordinate rides where you can. The reception at Atkinson Resort has plenty of parking.

Please arrive early and be in your seat by 3:30. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 — we won’t be able to wait for late arrivals, but we look forward to seeing you at the reception. See the parking notes below before you set out.

We say “I do” outdoors in the field at Merriam Farm Conservation Area.

To the Reception
Guests head to Atkinson Resort (about a 30-minute drive) for cocktail hour. The wedding party and immediate family stay behind for a few photos and will join shortly after.

Cocktail Hour
Drinks and hors d’oeuvres from 5:00 to 6:30 at Atkinson Resort & Country Club.

Dinner & Toasts
A seated dinner and a few words from the people we love.

Dancing
The floor opens — bring your dancing shoes.

The reception comes to a close at 10:00 in the evening.

Questions & Answers
Are there two locations? +
Yes. The ceremony is at Merriam Farm Conservation Area in Pelham, NH, and the reception is about a 30-minute drive away at Atkinson Resort & Country Club in Atkinson, NH. After the ceremony, guests drive over for cocktail hour while the wedding party and immediate family stay for photos.
Where do I park for the ceremony? +
Parking is available at the trail head on Mammoth Rd, on Moonshadow Drive (the cul-de-sac) in Pelham, and at 9 Cornstalk Lane. From the parking areas it is a short walk to the field — comfortable shoes are a good idea. Parking is limited, so please carpool if you can — coordinate with family or friends you know who are also attending.
What should I wear? +
Garden formal. Think suits and dresses. The ceremony is outdoors on grass, so consider block heels or flats.
Will it be indoors or outdoors? +
The ceremony is outdoors in the field at Merriam Farm. The cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing are all inside at Atkinson Resort, with an outdoor patio available to us as well if you’d like some fresh air. Dress for the early-fall New Hampshire weather, which can cool off in the evening.
What if it rains? +
The ceremony is outdoors and will go on rain or shine, so please plan to bring an umbrella just in case. Once we move to Atkinson Resort, the rest of the celebration is fully indoors.
What food will be served? +
We are still figuring out the menu, so stay tuned — but rest assured there will be plenty of it, desserts included!
Will there be alcohol? +
We are still working out the details.
Can I bring a guest? +
Your invitation and RSVP will indicate the number of seats reserved in your honor. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Are kids welcome? +
Yes! Children are welcome. We just ask that any little ones who attend are able to be courteous during the ceremony and reception so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration.
Can we bring our pets? +
As much as we adore your furry family members, we kindly ask that guests leave their pets at home. The one exception is Oakley, who will join us for the ceremony with a dedicated chaperone. Please do not feed Oakley — he has everything he needs for the day. Feel free to say hello, but kindly leave the snacks to his chaperone!
